I liked staying here and recommend to friends. Fairly clean and little hotel with incredible location near the shops of brands, just what I needed...

Spacious room, friendly staff, close to metro, easy airport transfer, great breakfast.

Nothing, all was good.

We booked a hotel that was advertised as near a metro station, which was true, but what they didn't mention was that it was located very close to a cemetery, making the experience even worse. the room was decent, but quite small compared to the pictures, and the bathroom towels were old and looked like they needed to be replaced. Although the staff was friendly, they had difficulty communicating in English.

The breakfast was below average, and there was nothing notable about the amenities in the hotel.

We loved this hotel's location near the Osmenbey Metro station, which was only a 10-minute walk to Taksim square. It's surrounded by brand shops, has great hotel facilities, and offers a delicious breakfast. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel had great complementary amenities such as a minibar and coffee maker in the room. It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants. One of the things I enjoyed most was the comfortable beds.

There seemed to be a lack of room service. the staff didn't clean the rooms regularly, sometimes requiring guests to request the service.
